Amazingly supportive by involving himself in every aspect of the deal from removing furniture, to cleaning the property, to working with local contractors for completing repairs. We were tough clients for Rob because we had must haves in mind but no idea of where and what type of residence we would like to live in. He just knew we wanted to be closer to grandchildren in LA but did not want to actually live there! Rob perservered with us and the more we looked the more he understood what we might be happy with.
