Pacific Palisades is the western-most LA neighborhood that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Multi-million dollar mansions sit along this affluent neighborhood’s cliffs, while the center of town features condos and a very walkable community with boutiques, supermarkets, and restaurants --including the highly anticipated new Palisades Village. Palisades is a tale of many distinct neighborhoods which differ greatly in terms of pricing and lot characteristics. The primary residential areas include the Palisades Riviera, the Huntington Palisades, the Alphabet Streets, the Marquez Knolls, the Bluffs, and Palisades Highlands, yet even that list doesn't cover it all. I am well versed in each of these neighborhoods, and would be happy to share my insights.
