Beverly Hills Communities

Getting to know Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills is known throughout the world for its luxury stores surrounding Rodeo Drive, its first class hotels and restaurants, and its celebrity clientele. The lots below Sunset are mostly flat and wide, allowing for some spectacular residences with lush landscaping, pools, and sports courts. Below Wilshire the lots and houses get noticeably smaller and less expensive, while north of Sunset and up into the Hills, the residences become gated, opulent, and private, with many boasting stunning views of the city. Adjoining Beverly Hills to the north, but with the same 90210 zipcode, is Beverly Hills Post Office, or BHPO. These residences are just outside the city limits, and are generally lower priced ("lower", of course, being a relative term), while still having larger lots and some with commanding views. That said, there are 4-5 gated communities within BHPO, such as Beverly Park, Mulholland Estates, and The Summit, that are some of the most exclusive and expensive properties in the world. Don't hesitate to contact me if you would like to know more about this very special and unique community, that has a global reputation all its own.      Yours, Rob Winans
