Getting to know Santa Monica

Santa Monica is its own city, with four separate zip codes. The most exclusive and pricey area is 90402, which is the flats North of Montana. Montana Ave. itself is an extremely popular destination, with restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. Dropping below Montana (and above Wilshire) is the 90403 zip code, which is a popular neighborhood full of townhomes and condominiums, and many single family residences as well. South of Wilshire are the 90401 and 90404 zip codes, which also offer a mix of condominiums and lower priced residences ("lower priced" being a relative term, compared to North of Montana!). At the western-most edge of all this is Ocean Ave. and the Third Street Promenade, known for world class restaurants and an open air shopping mall. Finally, one drops down into 90405, which is primarily the area below the 10 Freeway, and is best known for the neighborhoods of Ocean Park and Sunset Park (even though Sunset Boulevard is nowhere to be found). Throughout Santa Monica is an excellent network of public schools, from Elementary to Middle to High School. I am active throughout Santa Monica, and would welcome the opportunity to discuss it further with you.
