Welcome to Bel Air, and don't be intimidated that the first two listings are for $188,000,000 and $175,000,000! Despite the glitzy name and zip code, Bel Air actually has something for everyone, with plenty of homes below $2mm, and plenty of condos as well. The entire area is north of Sunset Boulevard and below Mulholland Drive, while stretching from Beverly Glen on the east all the way west to Sepulveda Boulevard (basically the 405 Freeway).
The most exclusive and well know part of Bel Air is between two palatial gates north of Sunset (the East Gate and the West Gate), and encompasses the Bel Air Country Club and the world renowned Bel Air Hotel. Together with Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills, this area is often referred to as the Golden Triangle.
The listings below are in order from most expensive to least expensive, so of course the first properties showing up are the mega-mansions. Click on the tab "View All Listings" at the bottom, and then in the drop down menu, click on the Sort tab "Price (Low to High)". This will bring you down to earth!
